Why feasibility studies take longer than they need to

The analysis is spread across too many tools

Homes passed in one spreadsheet, rough routes in Google Earth, costs in another file, and the final answer in a slide deck. By the time the deck is done, the assumptions are already outdated.

Scenarios are hard to compare

Underground vs aerial, different density assumptions, or a smaller BEAD-eligible footprint each become a separate workbook maintained by a different person. Comparing them becomes a meeting, not a click.
