Fiber GIS Solutions Engineer
You understand fiber plant — or you are excited to learn it deeply. You will help ISPs and co-ops get live on MapItRight, guide them through imports and onboarding, and bring their feedback back to the product team. If you have worked in OSP, network design, or operator support, you will feel right at home.
Customer Success Manager
You love helping customers succeed. You will onboard new operators, check in during their first weeks, and make sure they get real value from MapItRight long before renewal season. Grant programs, field workflows, and friendly follow-ups — this role is about relationships that last.
Account Executive — Telecom
You enjoy talking with ISPs, co-ops, and municipal broadband teams — listening first, then showing how MapItRight can help. You know this industry is built on trust. No pressure tactics, just honest conversations with people trying to build great networks.
