The integrations below ship in the platform today. TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, and role-based access controls apply to every connector listed. Enterprise tier adds dedicated egress IPs, per-tenant API rate limits, and customer-managed encryption keys.

Every entity in MapItRight is readable and writable via the REST API, and every state change emits a webhook. The OpenAPI 3.1 spec lives at /docs/api with an interactive try-it-now sandbox, a downloadable Postman collection, and SDKs for TypeScript, Python, and Go. API calls are included in your tier — we do not run a metered API business.
- ·Rate limits by tier — 1,000 req/min on Starter, 10,000 on Pro, custom on Enterprise. Bulk endpoints separate from rate limits.
- ·HMAC-signed webhooks — every event signed; replay protection via timestamp windows; exponential-backoff retry up to 24 hours.
- ·Sandbox credentials — issued on request to anyone building against the API. No contract required.
- ·Custom connectors — scoped on Enterprise. Typical timeline 4-8 weeks from kickoff to production.
