MapItRight was not born in a boardroom. It was born from Glenn’s years as an ISP CEO — watching what worked, what did not, and what operators deserved but could not find. That spirit still defines how we work today.
Before MapItRight, Glenn was an ISP CEO living the problems our customers still face — grant timelines, field updates that never made it back to the office, and software that cost more than it helped. He thinks about those problems constantly. MapItRight is what came out of that thinking: a fiber map and workflow tool built for operators who need clarity, speed, and honest pricing. Glenn still talks to customers every week. He would rather hear what is broken than what sounds impressive.
Jack partners with Glenn to turn operator insight into reliable software. He built the strand-level data model, the mobile experience crews use in the field, the import tools that meet messy real-world data, and the API that connects MapItRight to the rest of your stack. Jack cares about getting the details right — because when the map is wrong, someone’s day gets harder. He ships the practical features operators ask for: imports, reports, mobile access, and the quiet infrastructure that keeps everything running.
