These terms govern your use of the MapItRight platform and website provided by Custom Software, Inc.. By signing up, accessing the platform, or signing a quote, you agree to these terms.
Service
We provide a cloud-based fiber-network mapping and management platform. The exact features you receive depend on the tier you’ve subscribed to (Starter, Pro, or Enterprise), as documented at /pricing.
Subscription & payment
Starter and Pro tiers bill monthly via credit card or ACH. Enterprise contracts are billed annually via invoice (NET 30). Pricing is published; changes are communicated at least 30 days before they take effect for existing customers.
Customer data
You own your customer data. We process it on your behalf to provide the platform service and for no other purpose. We do not sell, share, or use it to train models. On contract termination, your data is exported on request and deleted within 30 days.
Service availability
We commit to 99.5% uptime on Starter, 99.9% on Pro, and 99.99% on Enterprise. SLA credits apply for sustained breaches. Status and incident history are public at status.mapitright.com.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the platform to violate the law, infringe someone’s rights, or disrupt the service for other customers. We may suspend accounts that materially breach this — though our preference is always to talk to you first.
Termination
Starter and Pro: cancel anytime, no exit fees, billing stops at the end of the current period. Enterprise: per the agreed contract term.
Liability
Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you’ve paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We don’t warrant that the service will be error-free, but we do warrant best-effort operation in line with our SLA.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA. Disputes are heard in Michigan courts. Enterprise customers may negotiate alternative venues.
